Voices from the Mohawk Valley were included in Progressive Dialogue convenings in neighboring regions. Assemblywoman RoAnn M. Destito urged that a session also be held in the Utica/Rome area, citing the nanotechnology research partnership with SUNYIT and the University at Albany as an example of the importance of STEM to the region.
